Ergovida receives Global GreenTag certification for electronic sit-stand desks

Ergovida is pleased to announce that its range of electronic sit-stand desks has achieved Global GreenTag - Level C Certification. The certification comes as environmental performance and responsible procurement become increasingly important considerations across Australia's commercial and corporate sectors, with independently certified products providing project teams with recognised evidence when assessing products for workplace projects.

Awarded under the Global GreenTag International Standard v4.1, the certification applies to the
Ergovida electronic sit-stand desk base. The desktop/work surface is excluded from the certification
scope.*

The Ergovida electronic sit-stand desk range is recognised across several established building and sustainability frameworks, including Green Star® Buildings, Green Star® Interiors, Green Star® Performance, WELL®, Infrastructure Sustainability (IS®) and EarthCheck. The certification provides compliance for nominated credits within these rating tools, depending on the relevant framework and project requirements.

Sebastian Handler, Ergovida's National Sales Manager, said the certification reflects the increasing importance of independently verified environmental information in commercial furniture specification.
